Security people who actually ship
iSecureOS is a security company specialized in mobile security for iOS and Android, server hardening and digital forensics. We do the deep work most teams avoid, the kind that lives in disassembly listings, kernel structures and ARM64 registers.
We are best known as the developers behind the iSecureOS iOS Security Suite, one of the first anti malware and security assessment tools built for jailbroken iOS devices. That project grew out of a simple frustration, that the mobile community had almost no defensive tooling while real botnet malware was spreading through pirate repositories. We built the thing that was missing.
What we are good at
Our work sits at the lowest levels of the stack. Mach-O and ELF binary formats, ARM64 assembly, dyld internals, the iOS security model with codesigning, AMFI, PAC and the sealed system volume, and the messy reality of malware that fights back. On the server side we harden Linux deployments and web backends, reduce attack surface and review authentication. On the forensics side we reconstruct what happened on a device or inside a binary and report it in language you can act on.
Founded by GeoSn0w
iSecureOS was founded and is led by GeoSn0w, an iOS and Android security researcher with over a decade in the jailbreak and reverse engineering scene. He has built jailbreaks, security tooling and reverse engineering frameworks, and runs iDevice Central, a long running channel and site covering iOS security. His research has been referenced by the wider security community, including during real world iOS malware campaigns.
How we work
We do authorized security research and responsible disclosure. When we find something, we report it through the right channel and we give vendors the time to fix it. That principle runs through everything we publish here, including the tutorials and write ups in our blog.
